CLOVIS ALEXANDER LEWIS (1918 – 1985)
Clovis was born in Mandeville, Jamaica. After volunteering for RAF service in 1944, Clovis settled in Leeds and was instrumental in the establishment of the city’s Caribbean Cricket Club, the UK’s first Caribbean led cricket club which was founded by Jamaican RAF WW2 veterans in 1948.
